Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites.

- Monitor civil, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.

- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

- Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.

- Identify and report site issues and delays to the Project Engineer.

- Maintain basic site records and ensure proper site housekeeping and safety.

Requirements

- 4-5 years of experience in residential construction.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of civil and finishing works.

- Ability to read basic drawings and coordinate with contractors.

- Valuable communication and site management skills.

- 3 years minimum Goa residential real estate experience needed.

- Experience in villa/luxury residential projects will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
