Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Civil Engineering Fresher to join our Site Execution Team as a Site Engineer / Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). The candidate will receive practical exposure to residential construction activities and will work under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in supervising day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, workers, and other site teams.
- Check and monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Assist in checking line, level, alignment, dimensions, and other site measurements.
- Monitor manpower and material requirements at the work location.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.
- Assist in taking site measurements and preparing quantity details.
- Ensure proper execution of work according to the project schedule.




- Identify site issues and report them to the senior engineer/project manager.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team to maintain required construction quality.
- Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Assist in maintaining construction drawings and other site documents.
- Participate in site inspections and daily coordination meetings.
- Learn and implement standard construction practices under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Support the project team in achieving planned work targets and timely completion of activities.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction activities.
- Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work at a construction site.
- Ability to work with contractors, supervisors, and workers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
