Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers, subcontractors, materials, and site activities while ensuring that the work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and workers.

- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Project Engineer/Manager.

- Monitor civil works including excavation, foundation, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.

- Check reinforcement, formwork, levels, dimensions, alignment, and other site measurements before execution.

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment.

- Plan daily work activities and allocate work to site labour and subcontractors.





- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.

- Maintain daily site records, manpower details, material consumption, and work progress reports.

- Coordinate material requirements and inform the concerned team regarding shortages in advance.

- Check materials received at site for quantity and quality.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the construction site.

- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.

- Report construction issues, delays, drawing discrepancies, and site problems to the Project Engineer/Manager.

- Coordinate inspections with engineers, consultants, and clients whenever required.

- Monitor subcontractor work and verify completed quantities.

- Assist in preparing measurements and quantity records for billing.

- Ensure rectification of defective or incomplete work before handing over.

- Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover activities.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
