Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Gangaikondan.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing civil works related to industrial facilities and service infrastructure, ensuring alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation; coordinating with cross-functional teams and contractors; and monitoring construction activities for quality control and timely execution. The role involves conducting site inspections, assessing stormwater and drainage systems,



and recommending practical engineering solutions to improve reliability, sustainability, and cost efficiency.

The Civil

Engineer will also support project reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives across ONRGY’s service offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to industrial and infrastructure projects.
- 3 to 10 years experience
- Candidates should possess experience in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site execution management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems, including design, analysis, and compliance with local regulations.
- Candidates should possess professional competence as Civil Engineers, with familiarity in construction practices, codes, and quality assurance procedures.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, and proficiency in CAD and civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD or similar) are beneficial.
- Additional skills in structural analysis, infrastructure planning, and industrial utilities will be advantageous, along with robust communication, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities.
