Job Description:

Creative Leadership

Define and drive the creative vision across brands and integrated campaigns.

Lead concept development across TVCs, digital films, social campaigns, brand platforms,

and integrated communication.

Ensure all creative work aligns with brand strategy, business objectives,



and the highest

standards of creative excellence.

Drive the creation of award-worthy work that strengthens Crescent's creative reputation and

industry recognition.

Champion innovation by exploring new storytelling formats, emerging technologies, and AI-

powered creative workflows.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and inspire Copywriters and cross-functional creative teams.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture built on learning, ownership, and creative

excellence.

Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to develop future creative leaders.

Client & Business Leadership

Build trusted client relationships and lead key creative presentations.

Lead creative presentations, strategic workshops, and current business pitches.

Partner with Client Servicing and Business Development teams to win new business and

grow existing accounts.
