nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
N1. Store Revenue & Sales Performance

- Drive overall store revenue and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets N
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and align with business goals N
- Focus on high-value couture and bespoke sales,



especially wedding and occasion wear N
- Track and improve Average Order Value (AOV) through complete look selling N
- Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversions N
- Implement strategies toincrease walk-ins, conversions, and ticket size N

- Deliver a highly personalized and premium luxury retail experience to every client N
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with strong follow-ups and engagement N
- Understand client lifestyles, occasions, and wardrobe requirements in depth N
- Personally manage VIP and high-value clients when required N
- Ensure seamless end-to-end client journeys—from consultation to final delivery N
- Resolve client concernswith professionalism and discretion N
