NExtensive IT experience working within a large enterprise on implementation projects.
NProficient in configuringServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps.
NStrong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules and integration with third-party applications.
NSkilled in using BusinessRules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow API, and Integration Hub.
NParticipate in requirement-gathering sessions, providing input to developers and working as an individual contributor.
NCustomize ServiceNow using UI Pages,



UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
NDevelop system documentation, including process flows and design documents.
NOversee upgrade cycles and implement current release features to support business users.
NDrive continuous improvement in implementation methodology and service offerings based on user feedback.
NMentor junior team members as needed.
NWork to extend Service Now capabilities across geographies and departments.
NExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.
NCAD and Implementation certifications are preferred.
