Role Description The Sim Racing Community Builder is a part-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram. This role focuses on growing and engaging the local motorsport and sim-racing community through events, collaborations, and ongoing activations by Lights Out.

The Community

Builder will manage interactions with ecosystem that reflects the brands values.

Key responsibilities include planning and hosting community events and tournaments, coordinating watch parties, content creation and gathering feedback to improve the overall community experience. The role also involves close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to align local community initiatives with broader brand campaigns and objectives.

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for college students or freshers based in Delhi NCR with a strong, active passion for F1, motorsports, and sim racing. You must have excellent technical writing and documentation skills to simplify complex hardware setups into an accessible handbook for casual fans. Familiarity with community management in gaming, esports, or motorsport niches is required, alongside a proactive, growth mindset capable of managing leads and executing foundational early-stage groundwork

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support community growth and online engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to create compelling, on-brand content around events and sim racing.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, partners, and internal teams.
- Passion for motorsport, sim-racing, F1, or gaming communities, with experience in community building or event management preferred.
- Flexibility to work on-site in Gurugram, including evenings or weekends as needed for events.

What You Will Experience You will gain practical experience in community operations, live events, and scaling a sports-tech brand from scratch while learning directly from the founders. You will also earn performance commissions on successfully converted Sim Racing Product sales, events and tournaments. Most importantly, you will receive direct access to our simulators for your own personal learning and practice.

Perks and benefits

Ability to earn upto Rs 30,000 per month including incentives.
