We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to assist customers, understand their requirements, showcase jewellery products, and drive sales while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

- Showcase and explain jewellery designs, features, pricing, and offers.

- Handle sales enquiries and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized recommendations.

- Maintain proper product display and counter presentation.

- Handle billing, order details, and basic documentation.

- Follow up with customers for enquiries and potential sales.





- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in jewellery retail/counter sales preferred.

- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused and presentable personality.

- Willingness to work in a retail/store environment.

- Basic knowledge of jewellery products, gold, diamonds, or gemstones will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
