We’re looking for a Short-Form Video Editor who understands more than just cuts, transitions and effects.

You should understand content, storytelling, audience psychology and social media — and know how to turn raw footage into videos that grab attention and keep people watching.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC & Talking-Head videos
- Identify the strongest clips, hooks and moments from raw footage
- Use cuts, pacing, B-roll, music and sound effects to improve retention
- Add clean subtitles, text and visual elements
- Stay updated with Instagram & YouTube trends
- Take ownership of the final edit and deliver polished, ready-to-publish videos

? NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

Daily Editing: Minimum 2 short-form videos every day, delivered clean and ready to post.

Content Sense: You understand what makes people stop scrolling, watch till the end and share.

Storytelling: You can create curiosity, emotion and flow through editing.

Audience Psychology: You understand attention and how editing influences what viewers feel.

Clip Judgment: You can independently identify the strongest moments from raw footage.

BGM & Sound Design: You understand how music, sound effects and silence can change the emotion of a video.

Motion Graphics: Basic-to-intermediate motion graphics for Reels, UGC and talking-head content.

Attention to Detail: You notice awkward cuts, timing issues, subtitle errors,



audio levels and unnecessary effects.

WHO YOU ARE

? You follow Instagram & YouTube trends.

? You understand movies, advertisements and visual storytelling.

✨ You know when to use an effect — and when to keep things simple.

? You take feedback positively and continuously improve your craft.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2–3 years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio of Reels / Shorts / UGC / Talking-Head content
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic-to-intermediate Adobe After Effects
- Good understanding of social media content & trends
- Strong knowledge of storytelling, BGM & sound design
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must have your own laptop suitable for professional video editing
- Comfortable working from office in Sector 62, Noida
