- Plan the Schedule for production of RRBO, RSFO, RSBO, and PRTO as per targets.
- On daily basis manage & distribute the manpower to achieve production target.
- Minimize daily rejection of materials.
- Monitored Plant performance against approved targets on daily basis and identify the existing or potential problems and inform to higher authority.
- Co-ordinate with QC for quality clearance of process material.
- Ensure the proper processing of Oils along with Operator.
- Maintain the ISO, BRC plant related documents.
- Maintain safety protocols inside the plant.
- Co-ordinate with mechanical & electrical department to implement “Preventive, Breakdown, Shutdown “maintenance for smooth production.
- Implement GHP & GMP inside Plant.
- Train the Operator & labour about GMP, GHP as per requirement.
- Maintain the equipment cleaning schedule for vessels, separator, mixers, Deo, Bleacher etc.
- Maintain proper co-ordination during loading of By-product.
- Ensure of proper following of SOP's.
- Co-ordinate with utility such as RO plant, Boiler, ETP for smooth operation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
