The client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Architect to support the design and implementation of Generative AI capabilities within a large-scale ServiceNow workplace.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement ServiceNow Now Assist solutions.

- Define architecture for GenAI and AI-driven ServiceNow use cases.

- Configure and extend Now Assist skills, prompts and AI Agents.

- Integrate AI capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, knowledge and enterprise systems.

- Define best practices around security, governance and scalability.

- Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow development and platform teams.

Requirements

- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical/Solution Architect.

- Hands-on experience with Now Assist / ServiceNow Generative AI.

- Experience with AI Agents, AI Skill Kit and prompt engineering.

- Strong ServiceNow platform and integration expertise.

- Good understanding of LLMs, GenAI architecture and AI governance.

- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or Knowledge Management is a plus.

- Excellent English communication skills.
