Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow HRSD solutions in an enterprise environment. The candidate should have strong scripting, integration, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and HRSD module experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, test, debug, and document ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Work closely with Product Owners, business teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Knowledge Management, HR Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, and Service Portal.
- Develop and troubleshoot Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Data Policies, UI Scripts, ACLs , and other ServiceNow components.
- Create and configure notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, reports, dashboards, and related components.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration mechanisms .
- Work extensively with Flow Designer,



IntegrationHub, and traditional Workflows .
- Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot medium-to-complex configuration and scripting issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
- Participate in platform upgrades, deployments, and release activities.
- Continuously enhance ServiceNow solutions by leveraging new platform capabilities and releases.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules .
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow API knowledge.

- Script Includes
- UI Policies
- Data Policies
- UI Scripts
- ACLs
- Notifications
- Reports & Dashboards

- Strong experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub .
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP APIs .
- Experience working with third-party application integrations.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow Performance Analytics .
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
