Job Position: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM + FSO

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and customize Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Agent Mobile App, Dispatching, Scheduling, Territories, and Workforce Management.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Configure and maintain FSO data models, scheduling policies, assignment rules, and resource management.
- Integrate FSO with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and third-party applications.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
- Create and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows,



and automation processes.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.
