NROLE SUMMARY
nRK Group is looking to appoint a Social Media Manager to independently own content, design, and strategy across three distinct verticals: RK Group (the parent business), Kalandri (rural education and community development), and The Jain Foundation / TJF (philanthropic and religious initiatives). This is a single-owner, multi-brand role — the person will plan calendars, design creatives, write copy, and report on growth for all three, working closely with leadership and each vertical's on-ground team.

- Current presence: LinkedIn (~23,000 followers, sporadic posting) and Instagram (~148 followers). Goal: build top-of-mind brand recall, showcase thought leadership, and support talent attraction. N

- Rural education and development initiatives in RK's ancestral village of Kalandri, Sirohi district, Rajasthan — including the Prem Ratan Memorial School, the Mahavir Vidyalaya government school partnership, and recent sports infrastructure (padel/pickleball courts, running track). N
