About the Role

n

We are looking for a Project Management skilled with 2–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to support and coordinate product development projects, particularly in complex injectables, ophthalmic, nasal, and other niche dosage forms.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities from PIF through development, exhibit batches, stability, BE studies, filing, and commercialization.
n
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
n
- Coordinate with R&D;, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other CFTs for timely completion of activities.
n
- Support Project Leaders in project planning, execution, budget tracking, and issue resolution.
n
- Coordinate exhibit batch, site transfer, and other project-related activities.
n
- Organize project review meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
n




- Prepare project status reports and management presentations.
n
- Maintain project trackers and timelines using PPM/project management tools.
n
- Identify potential delays and risks and escalate them to Project Leaders for timely resolution.
n
- Support customer/internal stakeholder coordination and ensure effective project communication.
n
- Ensure project activities comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project coordination/management.
n
- Understanding of pharmaceutical product development and regulatory processes.
n

n

Required Skills

n

n
- Good cross-functional coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
n

n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Exposure to complex injectables, ophthalmic, nasal, or other niche products is preferred.
n
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
