We are looking for 2 robust ServiceNow Architects to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, solution design, integrations, platform governance, and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Define scalable ServiceNow platform and solution architecture across enterprise initiatives.
Lead technical design, configuration, customization, integrations, and performance optimization.
Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, design patterns, governance, and best practices.
Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and App Engine.
Lead integrations using REST APIs, JavaScript, IntegrationHub, and other enterprise integration technologies.
Design workflows, data models, security frameworks, and process automation.
Support platform upgrades, health monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.




Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, functional teams, and technical leadership.

Mandatory Skills
Solid ServiceNow Architecture experience
Advanced ServiceNow configuration and customization
JavaScript, REST APIs, integrations
ITSM with exposure to ITOM / ITAM
Workflow and process optimization
ServiceNow security, data modeling, performance tuning, and governance
Solid requirements gathering and stakeholder management

Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as CIS, CAD, or CTA and exposure to ServiceNow AI/automation capabilities.
