- Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshooting for SAP ISU ABAP modules within the AMS setting. - Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ABAP programming in the context of SAP ISU. - Develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows, specifically for ISU processes (Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, etc.). - Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes according to ITIL best practices. - Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to resolve complex issues and deliver enhancements. - Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. - Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and user guides as needed. - Adhere to established coding standards, quality assurance, and security protocols. - Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications. Stay updated with the latest SAP ISU and ABAP developments and recommend improvements.
