Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Developer for this role focuses exclusively on the One Stop project where the developer will play a critical part in enhancing and adopting our Service Now platforms out of the box third party risk management capabilities The primary objectives will be enabling the DDR module and executing enhancements to the Third Party Risk Management TPRM ecosystem including external facing portals

Key Responsibilities

Module Enablement Enable configure and test the DDR Due Diligence Request module

ThirdParty Risk Management TPRM Execute updates to the TPRM module to align with business requirements

Profile Management Build and configure robust ThirdParty Profiles to accurately capture and assess vendor data

External Portal Development Develop and enhance the ThirdParty Risk Portal ensuring a secure and intuitive interface for external vendors

Platform Automation Scripting Design and implement automated processes using Flow Designer and write efficient serverside logic using Business RulesScript ActionsEvents

Event Management Configure and trigger Script Actions and platform Events to drive background processing

Targeted Communications Design and configure complex conditiondriven system Notifications tailored to specific internal and external stakeholders





Security Access Control Implement strict data governance by designing and maintaining complex Access Control Lists ACLs across affected tables

Required Qualifications

Experience A minimum of 2 years of proven and handson experience in ServiceNow administration and platform configuration

Certification Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA certification is required

Technical Expertise

Deep understanding of ServiceNow security models specifically troubleshooting ACLs

This is a must have for the candidate. Proven proficiency building automated processes in Flow Designer.

Solid scripting capabilities specifically with Business Rules Script Actions and the Event Registry.

Experience configuring dynamic targeted system Notifications

Preferred Qualifications.

An active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD certification is highly desired but not required Prior experience working directly with the Vendor Risk Management VRM or ThirdParty Risk Management TPRM applications.

Experience configuring Service Portal pages and widgets for external users
