Job title: Service manager -Senior Associate

Years of experience -4-8yrs

Location bangalore/Hyderabad

Shift timings -2-11PM

Skills requirement - Power platform admin, experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Service Manager - Senior Associate

Must Have:**

- Must have Power platform admin knowledge
- Knowledge of the M365 Suite tools, data security, app support knowledge, data governance, reporting, DLP policies
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Incident, change, and problem management, as well as continuous service improvement (CSI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Vendor and escalation management.
- Working knowledge of operational budgets.

Valuable to Have:

- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) activities.
