- Install and commission industrial inkjet printers at customer sites.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and service checks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with hardware, software or ink systems.
- Replace or repair defective parts, printheads and control modules.
- Provide technical training and demonstrations to end-users, if required.
- Document service reports, issues encountered and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with the support team for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and tools.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably Bachelor s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in servicing inkjet printers or related printing machinery.
- Robust troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic systems.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with inkjet printing technologies and software.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of ink types, viscosity, and ink delivery systems.
- Knowledge of industrial automation.
