We are looking for an enthusiastic SEO intern who wants to build a career in digital marketing and search engine optimization. The intern will work with our SEO team on real client websites and gain practical experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and SEO reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Implement basic on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Assist with off-page SEO and link-building activities.
- Perform competitor and website SEO analysis.
- Assist with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Monitor website rankings, traffic, and SEO performance.
- Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Identify basic technical SEO issues such as broken links, indexing problems, sitemap/robots.txt issues, and page optimization.
- Assist in creating and optimizing SEO-friendly content.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and performance updates.
- Research SEO trends, competitors, keywords, and industry opportunities.
- Coordinate with content, web development, and social media teams when required.
- Use AI tools responsibly for SEO research, content ideas, analysis, and productivity.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Understanding of On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Basic knowledge of keyword research.
- Basic understanding of Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Google Business Profile (local SEO).




- Good understanding of search engines and how websites are indexed.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress is an advantage.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work on live client projects.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest.
- Basic knowledge of Screaming Frog.
- Understanding of Technical SEO.
- Knowledge of WordPress SEO plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast SEO.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Claude Code.
