Job Summary

Big7 Solutions & Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team in Puducherry. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in SEO and a strong understanding of how to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and keyword rankings.

You will work closely with our content, design, and digital marketing teams to plan and execute SEO strategies for multiple projects and brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Perform on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Handle off-page SEO activities, including link building and backlink management.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify technical and content-related issues.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and overall SEO performance.
- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance.
- Perform competitor and SERP analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content based on SEO best practices and search intent.
- Assist with local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.




- Coordinate with content writers and other team members to ensure SEO requirements are implemented effectively.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO or a similar digital marketing role.
- Robust understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Positive knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of backlink building and SEO performance metrics.
- Basic understanding of website structure, crawling, indexing, and sitemap management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar SEO tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Previous experience working with multiple websites or client projects in an agency environment.

Location: Puducherry

Work Mode: On-site

Candidates from Puducherry/Pondicherry are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
