Role: Senior Workday Total Rewards Support Consultant

Experience: 6–10+ Years

Locations: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Noida

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–10+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, or Workday experience with 4+ years of hands-on Workday Total Rewards experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday production environments / AMS engagements.
- Strong experience supporting annual compensation cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, stock awards, incentive programs, and salary review processes.
- Experience configuring and maintaining compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation grades, compensation packages, and reward programs.
- Strong experience with Workday Benefits, including benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrolment events, life events, and benefit calculations.
- Experience troubleshooting compensation and benefits issues, enrolment discrepancies, and business-critical production issues.
- Experience supporting global Total Rewards processes in large or multinational organizations.
- Valuable understanding of Workday Absence Management, Core HCM, and Security fundamentals.
- Experience developing and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards for Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and HR operations.
- Experience supporting ad hoc reporting and data requests from HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and business leadership.
- Experience evaluating Workday bi-annual releases, identifying impacts, and supporting regression testing, UAT, and release validation.
- Strong experience in Incident Management,



Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, User Support, Testing, Documentation, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience supporting production incidents and business-critical issues, including RCA and permanent resolution.
- Familiarity with Workday Payroll and Payroll integrations.
- Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics / People Analytics.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compensation, benefits, employee lifecycle processes, and HR compliance/governance.
- Experience working with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a production support environment.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, governance activities, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to provide functional guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to HR and business users.

Preferred Skills
- Workday Compensation Certification or Workday Benefits Certification.
- Strong experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Experience with Workday Absence Management.
- Experience supporting global / large-scale Workday environments.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and People Analytics.
- Exposure to Workday Extend and automation capabilities.
- Experience with HR Service Delivery / HR Shared Services environments.
- Understanding of AI-driven HR technologies and workforce analytics.
- Experience with Workday Payroll and payroll-related integrations.
- Experience supporting financial close cycles, production deployments, and system upgrades.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
