About the Role

We make products worth talking about and we need a designer who can make them worth watching. This role sits at the intersection of 3D craft, video production, and brand storytelling. A big part of your day will be creating product videos that don't just show what something does, but make people want it.

If you're the kind of person who obsesses over a render's lighting, re-cuts a video three times to get the pacing right, and knows exactly when a motion graphic adds value versus clutter, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

- Product Videos (Core Focus): Produce end-to-end product videos from 3D visualizations and demo walkthroughs to feature highlight reels and launch films that clearly communicate product value and drive audience interest
- 3D Modelling & Animation: Build product models, environments, and animations in Blender, handling modelling, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering​
- Design motion graphics and visual effects in After Effects to support product storytelling, explainers, and brand films​
- Edit and finish video content using Premiere Pro including colour grading, sound sync, pacing, and platform-specific formatting (reels, YouTube, web, events)​
- Product photography retouching, compositing, and visual cleanup using Photoshop
- Create supporting static assets like social creatives,



event collateral, presentations, and campaign visuals using Illustrator and InDesign
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives

What We are Looking For

- 4–7 years of experience in a creative design role with a strong focus on product video production
- Blender proficient in 3D product modelling, shading, rendering, and animation​
- Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign​
- Demonstrated experience producing product demo or explainer videos, e-commerce, launch campaigns, or B2B product content​
- Strong instinct for visual storytelling, knowing how to frame a product, build anticipation, and land a message​
- Eye for colour, composition, and typography across both motion and static formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver on time​
- A portfolio that includes product videos and 3D work, this is non-negotiable

Good to Have

- Experience with photorealistic product rendering (Cycles, EEVEE, or equivalent)​
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, Midjourney) used to accelerate production and not skip craft​
- Exposure to storyboarding and pre-production planning for video shoots
- Experience shooting product footage on camera (DSLR/mirrorless), not just editing
