We're looking for a skilled Video Editor to transform raw footage into polished, engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. You'll work closely with the content and marketing team to bring ideas to life through sharp editing, pacing, and visual style.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form content (YouTube, ads, brand films) from raw footage

Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound design, and color grading to enhance video quality

Cut and repurpose footage/UGC into multiple formats optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)

Sync audio, music, and voiceovers; ensure clean sound mixing

Maintain brand consistency in style, tone, and visual identity across all videos

Collaborate with the content/social media team to understand briefs, hooks, and storytelling goals

Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and an asset library

Stay updated on video trends, transitions, and editing styles relevant to the brand's platforms

Deliver edits within turnaround deadlines, incorporating feedback quickly





Requirements

1–3 years of experience in video editing (agency, brand, freelance, or in-house)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and rhythm for short-form content

Working knowledge of color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines A portfolio or demo reel showcasing past edited work is required

Good to Have

Basic photography/videography skills

Experience editing for paid ad campaigns

Familiarity with platform-specific video specs (aspect ratios, protected zones, etc.)

Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva)
