Senior Excel VBA Developer (MetLife)

Location: Hyderabad / Pune (Hybrid)

Japanese bilingual candidates will be given first priority.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain large macro-enabled Excel VBA applications.
- Implement product launches, pricing updates, and business rule changes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize workbook performance.
- Develop UserForms/MSForms and automate business processes.
- Perform impact analysis, regression testing, UAT support, and documentation.
- Support release management and version control activities.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on Excel VBA development experience.
- Solid knowledge of VBA modules, classes, collections, dictionaries, and error handling.
- Expertise in UserForms/MSForms development.




- Advanced Excel Object Model knowledge (Workbook, Worksheet, Range, FileDialog).
- Strong Excel skills including formulas, lookups, conditional formatting, and data validation.
- Experience in debugging and performance optimization of large workbooks.

Preferred Skills:

- Insurance or Financial Services domain experience.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1/N2 preferred).
- Experience with Git/source control tools.
