Test Automation Architect / QA Automation Lead

(Experience Range: 8-12+ Years)

Description

Key Responsibilities Automation Strategy Leadership • Define and own test automation strategy, roadmap, and standards across projects • Lead automation efforts for functional, regression, API testing, and data validation testing • Ensure optimal automation coverage and ROI • Guide teams on framework design, execution optimization, and best practices Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience in: o Java / Python / JavaScript o Selenium / Playwright / Cypress o API Automation (REST, Postman, REST Assured)



• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to testing • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration • Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred) AI Smart Testing • Exposure to: o GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants o AI-based test automation tools o Data-driven and analytics-based testing approaches Valuable to Have • Experience in Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Services domain • Bilingual testing experience (e.g., Japanese or other languages)
