Position: Telesales Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, and business leads.
- Generate new sales leads through telecalling and regular follow-ups.
- Introduce and explain MODIGOLD products, including Pipes, Tarpaulins, Green Nets, Tanks, and other products.
- Identify potential dealers and distributors and coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding requirements, quotations, orders, and enquiries.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Update customer and lead information regularly in CRM/Excel.
- Build professional relationships with customers through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with field sales and other departments wherever required.
- Submit daily sales/calling reports to the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Hindi communication is essential; knowledge of English and regional languages will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience in B2B telesales, building materials, pipes, plastics, FMCG, dealer/distributor networks, or manufacturing companies will be preferred.
