nAbout the Role
nXtreme Media is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire key accounts and build strong relationships with enterprise customers.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through new business development and key account management.n
- Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts, with a focus on BFSI and Retail sectors.n
- Drive large and strategic deal closures.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers and key stakeholders.n
- Conduct regular client meetings and develop a strong sales pipeline.n
- Manage pricing, negotiations, profitability and commercial discussions.n
- Ensure timely collections and effective debtor management.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.n




- Maintain strong adherence to the company's sales processes and reporting requirements.n

nPreferred Candidate Profile

- n
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management.n
- Experience in LED Displays, Digital Signage, Pro-AV, Video Walls, Display Solutions or related industries preferred.n
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-value projects.n
- Experience handling enterprise/key accounts, preferably in BFSI and Retail.n
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.n
- Highly driven with solid ownership and a result-oriented approach.n
- Candidates based in Mumbai or Ahmedabad preferred.n
