Job DescriptionWe're looking for a mid-level architect who wants to own their projects, not just execute tasks handed down to them. At Rubix, mid-level means end-to-end. You'll carry a project from the first site visit through to the final punch list, and everything in between:

Site measurements and existing condition drawingsn
Design development and presentation drawingsn
Execution drawings and site instruction sheetsn
Coordinating with vendors, consultants, and contractors through the buildn

nFor this to work well, you'll need to be based in Mumbai, comfortable in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and able to put together a transparent document or presentation in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferably two to three years of hands-on experience in architecture or interiors. And more than any of that, we're looking for someone who follows through,



shows up on site when it matters, and can hold a project together without needing to be chased.
nRubix is a small architecture and interiors studio in Mumbai. We work across residential, hospitality, retail, and corporate projects, and we spend a lot of time understanding how people actually live and work before we start designing. We're a team of eight, which means you'll have real ownership over your projects and real access to the founders. We believe valuable design should reduce friction, and we try to hold the same standard for how we work internally.
