n Role Description This is a full time, in office Lead Generation Specialist role based in Bengaluru, focused on driving qualified inbound and outbound pipeline through performance marketing and organic search. The specialist will own end-to-end demand generation, including planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid social and native platforms, while managing budgets, bids, audience segmentation, and creative testing against CPL and CAC targets.
nSEO forms a core pillar of the role. The specialist will drive organic lead flow through keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content optimization, site architecture and page-speed improvements, schema implementation, link building, and local SEO. This includes running technical audits, fixing crawl and indexation issues,



and improving rankings for high-intent commercial keywords.
nThe role also covers landing page and conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, lead capture and form optimization, marketing automation and email or WhatsApp nurture flows, retargeting, and lookalike audience building. The specialist will qualify and score leads, maintain data hygiene in the CRM, route leads to sales, and coordinate closely with the sales team on follow-ups and conversions.
nAnalytics and reporting are central to the role: setting up and managing GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, conversion tracking, UTM governance, and attribution models; building dashboards; and reporting on pipeline health, channel performance, funnel drop-offs, and ROI to internal stakeholders.
