Job Description
Location: Bengaluru, India Function: Salesforce Engineering / Technology Leadership Experience: 15+ years About the Role: Brillio is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Leader to define and drive the engineering vision for its growing Salesforce practice. This is a practice-level technology leadership role combining engineering strategy, enterprise architecture, AI innovation, solutioning, delivery excellence, talent development and client engagement. The role will play a key part in building an AI-native Salesforce engineering practice, leveraging Agentforce, Data Cloud, Autonomous Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering to deliver secure, scalable and measurable business outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the Salesforce engineering vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business and client priorities. - Provide architecture leadership for complex Salesforce, multi-cloud and industry solutions, including integration, data, security and platform architecture. - Drive adoption of Agentforce, Data Cloud and AI-enabled engineering across the Salesforce delivery lifecycle. - Establish engineering standards covering architecture, coding, quality, DevSecOps, release engineering, observability and operational excellence. - Lead technical discovery, solution shaping, estimations, demonstrations and proposal development for strategic opportunities. - Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams on complex pursuits and provide technical leadership where required. - Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures and engineering assets to improve delivery speed, quality and predictability. - Build, mentor and develop architects, principal engineers, engineering managers and future technology leaders. - Engage with C-level and senior technology stakeholders, providing technical direction and influencing transformation roadmaps. - Collaborate with Salesforce and ecosystem partners on technology,
innovation and solution development. - Drive technical thought leadership and contribute to the wider Salesforce and AI ecosystem. Required Experience & Skills: - 15+ years of overall technology experience with deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem. - 7+ years of experience in customer-facing architecture, solutioning, consulting, pre-sales or revenue-influencing roles. - Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise application engineering. - Hands-on architectural expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and enterprise integrations. - Experience with at least one Salesforce industry cloud such as Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud. - Robust understanding of Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI-enabled engineering and responsible AI. - Experience establishing architecture governance, engineering standards, DevSecOps, quality frameworks and release practices. - Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams, programs or geographies. - Strong people leadership experience, including mentoring architects, principal engineers and engineering managers. - Experience in solution proposals, technical narratives, estimations, demonstrations and strategic pursuits. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior and executive-level clients. - Relevant Salesforce Architect certifications are expected; Application Architect and System Architect certifications are strongly preferred.
