Role Description The Senior System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s operational and business systems. This role includes monitoring system performance, identifying process improvements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related issues.

The Senior System

Executive will support user training, handle escalated customer or internal system queries, and ensure accurate documentation of workflows and system changes. The position also involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams to align systems with business needs,



assisting with project implementation, and supporting reporting and analytics for management decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system and process improvements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document processes, and support user training.
- Customer service and sales-related skills to understand client requirements, support system-driven sales processes, and enhance user experience.
- Project management skills to plan, coordinate, and track system enhancements, implementations, and cross-department initiatives.
- Experience working with business or ERP systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic IT tools and office software; familiarity with data reporting and documentation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Coimbatore, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
