nPolicyBazaar is looking for agile and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of Policy Bazaar, engage with customers and drive sales conversions. The role involves handling international clients, promoting insurance products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats and schedule visits.n
- Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.n




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.n
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.n
- Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.n

nRequired Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.n
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.n
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.n
- Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.n
- Freshers and experience both can apply.n
