nRole Objective:
nAdmin Manager / Assistant Manager Administration will lead, manage, and optimize all administrative, facilities, operations, travel, transport, and support functions of the organization.



This role requires a seasoned professional with strong expertise across Facilities Management, Operations, Travel & Transport, MIS, EHS, ISO 9001, Compliance, Audits, Vendor Management, Budgeting, BMS, and Cost Control. The ideal candidate should ensure seamless workplace operations, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient resource utilization.

nKey Responsibilities
nFacilities & Infrastructure Management
n▪Oversee end-to-end facility operations including building maintenance, housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and workplace management.
n▪Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-safety systems.
n▪Manage BMS (Building Management Systems) for efficient energy and facility control.
n▪Ensure optimal functioning of workplace infrastructure, seating allocation, space planning, and expansion projects
