We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Sarjapur.
Job ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Conduct daily sales huddles and regular performance reviews.
- Train team members on lead qualification, pitching, objection handling and closing techniques.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve conversion.

Lead & Sales Management
- Manage and monitor leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
- Ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up by the sales team.




- Track the complete sales funnel from Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking .
- Monitor lead quality and improve lead-to-site-visit conversion.
- Personally handle high-value and priority customers when required.
- Develop strategies to improve site visits and booking conversions.

Customer Management
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences and buying objectives.
- Guide customers towards suitable residential projects.
- Assist the team in handling customer objections and negotiations.
- Maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Project & Market Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of residential projects across Sarjapur, East Bangalore and surrounding locations.
- Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, offers, payment plans and USPs.
