Salesforce Technical Architect (Omni Studio + Health Cloud)

Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce solution design and implementation for Provider Network Management (PNM).
- Work with business, provider, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure performance, scalability, documentation, and best practices.
- Support releases, integrations, and mentor team members.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with Salesforce Architecture expertise.
- Robust hands-on experience in Omni Studio (Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures) .
- Experience with Chainable Integration Procedures (IP) .
- Strong expertise in Bulk Data Processing , Queueable Apex , and Batch Apex .
- Salesforce Health Cloud experience is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of Provider Network Management (PNM) and provider lifecycle processes (Recruiting, Credentialing, Contracting, Onboarding).
- Understanding of PNM objects, data models, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience optimizing Omni Studio solutions for performance and scalability.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare standards such as HIPAA and HL7 .
