n Role Overview:
nWe are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant cum HR Executive to work closely with the CEO and leadership team while supporting key HR and people operations.
n
n Key Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel, appointments, and follow-ups.n
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.n
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes.n
- Support CEO with confidential administrative and personal requirements.n
- Manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.n
- Support attendance, leave, timesheets, payroll coordination, and HR queries.n
- Assist with employee engagement, training, appraisal, and exit processes.n
- Support HR policies,



compliance, and general HR operations.n
- Handle administrative coordination and ad-hoc assignments from leadership.n

n Preference:
n
- n
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Executive Assistance, Administration, or a similar role.n
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) .n
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ownership.n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.n
- English proficiency is mandatory; Tamil is preferred. n
