Account Executive – Finance Company: Bon La Vie Location: Indore Experience: 2–4 Years Job Type: Full time | Work from Office Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role Bon La Vie is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth financial processes. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and maintenance of books of accounts. - Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. - Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. - Maintain GST and TDS records, support statutory return filings, and coordinate with Chartered Accountants. - Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management reports as required.



- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain proper financial documentation. - Monitor banking transactions, expenses, employee reimbursements, payment schedules, and cash flow. - Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records. - Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes and financial controls. Required Skills & Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience as an Account Executive, Accountant, or in a similar finance role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. - Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and India statutory compliance. - Hands-on experience with Tally Prime. - Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy.
