We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Business Development Manager to drive business expansion across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the manpower outsourcing and contract staffing market , proven client acquisition capabilities, and the ability to generate sustained revenue growth.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Generate new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing.

Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and service agreements.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and business retention.

Maintain consistent follow-ups for onboarding and business closure.

Coordination & Operations

Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, and Operations teams for smooth client onboarding.





Monitor end-to-end service delivery and statutory compliance.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Prepare reports covering sales performance, pipeline status, and business forecasts .

5–8 years of exclusive experience in Manpower Outsourcing / Contract Staffin

~ Experienced in acquiring clients for blue-collar and semi-collar.

~ Strong expertise in client acquisition and relationship management .

~ Hands-on understanding of statutory compliance, payroll basics, billing models, and service charges .

~ Prior experience handling markets.

~ Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .

Proven expertise in Recent Business Development, Lead Generation, and Key
