Travel Sales Executive | Domestic & International Travel

Location: Work From Home during probation | Mumbai-based role after confirmation

Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of proven sales experience

Probation: 45–60 days

Salary during probation: ₹35,000/month + attractive performance-based incentives

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused and result-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team at Antarabodh.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys travel and understands that selling a holiday is about creating a well-planned, personalised and memorable travel experience, rather than simply closing a booking.

You will be responsible for handling travel leads, understanding client requirements, curating personalised itineraries, nurturing enquiries and taking them through to successful closure.

Handle incoming domestic and international travel leads and understand the client’s requirements, preferences and budget.

* Take ownership of the complete sales journey, from the first enquiry to booking closure.





* Provide excellent end-to-end post-sales support and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

* Post-sales calls and client communication are an essential part of the role and cannot be avoided.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and sales activity.

* All sales calls must be recorded as per company policy for quality, training and process improvement.

* Follow all company norms, processes, pricing policies and communication standards.

* Work closely with the team to continuously improve the overall client experience.

Graduate in any discipline.

* Minimum 1.5 years of proper, documented sales experience.

* Excellent spoken and written English.

* A genuine interest in travel and creating exceptional travel experiences.

* Experience in travel sales, international holidays, luxury travel, hospitality or tourism will be an added advantage.
