Job Summary :- We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Civil Engineer to oversee residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, quality control, contractor management, and timely project completion.

EDUCATION - B.TECH IN CIVIL
PREFERRED REAL ESTATE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT BACKGROUND
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor material consumption and project costs.
- Prepare project reports and progress updates for management.
- Verify contractor bills and measurement sheets.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and approvals.
- RequirementsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8+years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,
MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preference for candidates with residential project experience and based in Raipur.
