Experience

✔ 7–10 years of ServiceNow experience (Senior profiles only)

Mandatory Skills

Solid experience in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow applications

Custom Application Development

Service Catalog development

ServiceNow Architecture Design

Enterprise Integrations

JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML, CSS

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, CSM

CI/CD, DevOps, Agile/Scrum

Certifications (Minimum One Required)

- ServiceNow CSA (Mandatory)
- CAD
- CIS (Preferred)
