We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Business Head who can take an active role in building and growing the business.

This is not a role limited to managing existing operations or achieving sales targets. We are looking for someone who can bring their experience, ideas, network and business understanding to the table, identify opportunities, build the right systems and people, and help create a clear path for Beige's growth.

Take complete ownership of business growth, revenue and overall business development.

Develop and execute a transparent business strategy and growth vision for Beige.

Identify new business opportunities, market segments, partnerships and revenue streams.

Take active steps to improve the company's sales pipeline, conversions, customer acquisition and overall profitability.

Use your industry experience and network to create meaningful opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Analyse business performance and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.





Identify gaps in the current business and proactively develop solutions rather than waiting for direction.

Build, mentor and manage the core leadership and business team required for the company's next stage of growth.

Take ownership of hiring key team members and building a strong, performance-driven organisation.

Work closely with the sales, design, operations, finance and project teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Establish measurable KPIs and ensure teams are accountable for their performance.

Continuously evaluate the company's positioning, pricing, customer experience and competitive landscape.

Bring new ideas and initiatives that can strengthen the Beige brand and differentiate it in the market.

Work closely with the founders/management on long-term strategy, expansion and organisational development.

8+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, operations, management or a similar leadership role.
