We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales – MICE qualified to drive business development and revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions.

Generate new business opportunities in the MICE and corporate events segment.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events and market research.

Understand client requirements and prepare event proposals and commercial quotations.

Coordinate with creative, operations,



production and vendor teams to develop customized event solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and handover to operations.

Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and MIS reports.

Develop business opportunities for corporate conferences, exhibitions, offsites, incentive travel, annual meets, dealer meets and other corporate events.

Strong B2B sales and business development experience.

Existing corporate client network will be an advantage.

Strong networking and relationship-management skills.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Candidates with experience in MICE agencies, event management companies, experiential marketing agencies, corporate travel/MICE companies or exhibition companies will be preferred.
