We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai and take ownership of business growth and client acquisition.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, generating revenue, and driving the complete business development cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant markets and industries.

Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, and proactive outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and key decision-makers.





Understand client requirements and develop customized business proposals and solutions.

Lead client meetings, presentations, pitches, negotiations, and commercial discussions.

Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent movement of opportunities toward closure.

Develop strategies to increase client acquisition, repeat business, and overall revenue.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, proposals, and business performance.

3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related role.

Robust B2B sales and client relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking abilities.

Strong commercial understanding with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cyc
