Role Description This is a full-time, remote Business Development Manager role. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify recent business opportunities with Tech and Analytics startups, build and maintain relationships with founders and leadership teams, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, developing tailored proposals and presentations,



collaborating with advisory and technology teams to shape client solutions, and maintaining a robust pipeline through regular outreach and follow-ups. The role also involves negotiating commercial terms, tracking performance against business development targets, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, relationship management, and deal closing.

Experience with strategic thinking and consulting-oriented work, such as market analysis, solution positioning, and value-based selling to senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with technology and analytics domains, with the ability to understand startup needs, product offerings, and data-driven decision-making.
