Bridgestone is seeking a Senior UX Designer & Researcher to help define and improve customer, agent, and operational experiences across digital products, AI-powered solutions, customer service platforms, and enterprise applications.

This role is primarily focused on UX design while also leading research activities that ensure product decisions are grounded in customer needs and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines exceptional visual and interaction design skills with the ability to conduct meaningful research and translate findings into actionable product improvements.

UX Design (60%)

Design experiences for web, mobile, AI, contact center, and internal enterprise applications

Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards

Facilitate design reviews and stakeholder workshops

UX Research (40%)





Plan and conduct usability testing, customer interviews, surveys, and discovery research

Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations

Define and track UX success metrics

Experience at a global enterprise, working with teams in the US

~5+ years of UX Design experience

~ Experience conducting UX research and usability testing

~ Robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work

~ Advanced Figma proficiency, with an emphasis on AI features

~ Experience working with product analytics platforms like Hotjar and Adobe Analytics (or similar)

~ Experience with AI-enabled products and conversational AI design

~ Experience with customer journey mapping and service design

~ Proficient in accessibility and inclusive design standards
