About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive business growth across Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have solid on-ground sales execution capability, an existing network in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation space, and the ability to communicate fluently with local healthcare professionals and institutions. This is a revenue-critical, field-focused role requiring deep market penetration across clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centres in the Karnataka.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Identify, prospect, and convert new customers including physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centres, hospitals, Orthopaedic departments, and sports medicine facilities etc.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and product demonstration to negotiation and order closure.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline in CRM tools and provide accurate revenue forecasts to leadership.
